IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By using our reserve parachute packing and/or rigging services, you confirm that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk
Skydiving is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death. While every effort is made to pack and rig parachute equipment to the highest standards, no warranty is given, expressed or implied, as to the performance or safety of any system.
2. British Skydiving Compliance
All reserve repacks and rigging services are carried out in accordance with British Skydiving Operational Regulations and Technical Requirements, by appropriately qualified Riggers or Advanced Packers. It is your responsibility to ensure your equipment remains compliant with British Skydiving rules, including repack intervals and maintenance records.
3. User Responsibility
You, as the user of the equipment, are solely responsible for:
• Ensuring you hold the appropriate licences, qualifications, and currency to jump.
• Inspecting your parachute system prior to each jump.
• Understanding the operation of your equipment, including any modifications, repairs, or rigging work completed.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we take care and exercise due diligence in all packing and rigging work, we accept no liability for equipment failure, malfunction, or user error. By accepting this service, you waive any right to claim against the packer, rigger, or service provider for injury, loss, or death resulting from the use of the equipment.
5. Reporting and Record Keeping
All reserve packing and rigging services are logged, labelled, and signed in accordance with British Skydiving requirements. It is your responsibility to retain your packing data card or logbook with this information recorded and up to date.
6. Agreement
By submitting equipment for packing or rigging, you agree to the above terms and release the packer/rigger and service provider from any claims, liabilities, or demands arising from the use of the equipment.
